My experience at Moss Bros. Honda was excellent. I am a first time car buyer so I did a fair amount of research. I drove almost 2 hours out to Moreno Valley, and I don't regret it for a second. It was all great; from the friendly salesman, Joel, who showed me all of my options and supported me throughout the process, to the "closer" Steve and sales manager Sam in charge of working all the numbers to a satisfactory level. I was treated with respect, which is one of the most important things for a car buyer to feel, as good salesmen know. However, I wasn't just told I was respected, it was the actions of all the individuals involved which SHOWED me I was respected, and that my business was valued at their dealership. I appreciated the honesty, the persistence, and the overall friendliness of the staff even in the face of my very stubborn nature. I highly recommend these individuals and Moss Bros Honda.

I had an awesome experience at Moss Brothers Honda. Being a first time buyer, I was expecting to pay 10 - 12% APR. But the guys at Moss got me qualified me for 0.9% APR under the graduate program. Their sales and finance team is awesome! They made sure I got the best deal and did not try to exert any kind of pressure to force me make a decision. Since I did not have full insurance coverage and couldn't reach the cust service dept of my insurer, they got my free coverage for the first month. Thanks Devon for making my vehicle purchase an enjoyable one!

Mr. Moss, I have dealt overtime for new cars and this is not one of my favorite things to do. Compared to some, this time was much more favorable than most. The original greeter was very polite, and all after that were the same. As far as buying a car goes, l guess you could say it was an enjoyable experiance.

Me and my husband came in not sure if we were going to buy a car that day. We ended up leaving with a brand new Honda Fit! We've heard horror stories about car shopping experiences in general, so we were a little apprehensive at first. From the first second Mark Vanderwoude approached us on the lot, to the last signature on the contract with Jose Ozorco, we never felt more at ease.Mark showed us what we asked for, honestly answered our questions, and was with us throughout the whole process. Jose Ozorco was instrumental in sorting through all of the options on warranties, financing and insurance. We never felt pressured or pushed and we can honestly say, we felt we got a great deal. Although I came in probably like most of us to only "look" for a new vehicle, by the end of the day, I had successfully been able to acquire a beautiful new truck. I love not only Dodge but this particular dealership! This will be my third vehicle from this dealership and why do I always come back??? Well, because they always seem to make "it happen," even when you don't think it possibly can. I was very happy with my Durango, but I had put many miles on it... and with a move to Michigan happening in the very near future, I felt that safety was a major priority for my family. With the use of large rebates and what I could afford I was able to get my new truck. Now when I leave for Michigan I will be safe and sound and able to deal with my new home in lots of snow. Thank you to Hans, Abdul and Frank... They really do care and are a wonderful group of professionals. Frank even commented on the beautiful sunset and encouraged me and my 24 year old daughter while we were leaving... so word to the wise: Go check it out! See what you can drive away with (even if it seems like it could never happen... cause IT WILL) !

Walking into your dealership I was very optimistic about the ability of driving away with a car due to my bankrucpty discharge and so little downpayment I had. After calling around rock a honda referred me to Moss Brothers Honda and they stated "if anyone can help you get a car loan, Moss Brothers Honda are the ones." I called you guyh right away spoke with jeanne in the finance dept and told me to come in and they would help me get into a car. The staff was great, they worked with me showed me cars that I had a possible chance of getting a loan with. Saw the metalic purple(my favorite color) hyundai elentra and loved it. Our experience at Moss was a very good experience.To be perfectly candid, most people do not relish the thought of going to buy a car, and having to go through the "negotiation" experience.As for me, I do not negotiate.Buying a car is a business deal.You tell me what you are willing to sell the car for, and if that is acceptable to me, I will buy the car.I can't be convinced to buy something by offering me "incentives".From the first person I met on the lot to the last person I said goodbye to that night, everything was handled in a professional business-like and friendly manner.It was obvious the staff got along well and worked together as a team.I would highly recommend the internet process as a means to settle a sales price.It is convenient, straightforward, and although I can only speak from the buyers viewpoint, works extremely well.One email and a few phone conversations resulted in a firm price and the exact vehicle we wanted (which was not on the lot).All in all, I would highly recommend Moss Bros for a vehicle purchase.

The experience I had dealing with the salesman at Moss Honda was positive. I first called about an add in the Press Enterprise figuring they would say it was sold already or tell me they still had it and when I arrive they would say they just sold it. What happened was more of an attitude of wanting to help me find what I wanted at the price I wanted. After meeting Duke, Josh and Aaron we got the deal I wanted. My experience at Moss... was outstanding! From the moment we set foot upon the parking lot until the last paper was signed (whew!). The salesman, Manny was incredible. Kind, considerate, and a real gentleman. Our sales manager was awesome also...we connected in a really personal way because of her husband's military career in he Air Force and her son's too. She was completely professional. The next car I purchase will definitely be worth the drive from Barstow to Moss Bros. and I will tell everyone I know about this wonderful business. This little Mazda 3 is my daughter's first "new" car and she's loving it. Her time in the military will be a much happier one because of this wonderful experience. I can't thank you enough.

I just purchased a 2009 Honda Accord Sedan from Moss Bros Honda. David Le, his manager, and other team member were friendly and fantastic. They did everything I asked and more. The best part was they drove me down to San Diego to get my co-singer's signature. They are trying to make every customer happy. My experience at Moss met all of my expectations. The internet manager (David Le) and I were able to talk by phone and confirm the general parameters that would make the deal work prior to me visiting in person. Upon arriving at Moss, we were able to quickly iron out the specifics and in short order, I was writing a check to purchase a new car from Moss Honda. There was never a time when I felt as though I was "being sold" and their approach was focused on finding solutions. When everything was completed, I felt all though all of my need had been met. Lastly, David's extensive knowledge of the auto made the new owner walk-through easy to understand and follow. It was a pleasure working with him and the entire team at Moss Honda. Everyone's professionalism and knowledge helped me to make well informed decisions and I am grateful for their assistance. I would comfortably refer my family and friends.
